Witty way of expressing the idea that when two unlikely individuals engage in a playful interaction, it can be difficult to determine who is actually in control or who is having the most fun. In this case, the monkeys and the clown may both be having a good time, but the dynamic of their interaction is unclear.

This art are showing uses the metaphor of playing different roles in life to music to suggest that just as a musician may play various instruments or parts in a band, we play various roles in life, some of which we may not have chosen for ourselves. The idea is that despite this, we can still contribute to something larger and harmonious, much like playing in a band.

Horses symbolize the idea of moving forward rapidly and with purpose, but acknowledge that there may be unknowns or uncertainties about what lies ahead. No one can predict what will be beyond the horizon, as there is an element of risk or unpredictability involved in pursuing one's goals. I like this symbolism.
